Methodology
Records use permanent internal IDs so names and URLs can change without breaking relationships. Each public fact group should cite publisher, URL, and retrieval or publication date when available.
Indexability
Not every generated URL is offered to search engines. Thin, empty, demo, or placeholder pages use noindex. Full gate criteria are documented in the project as indexability rules.
Relationships
Related records use typed links (for example located in, flows into, managed by, near). Computed “nearby” links are labeled separately from sourced administrative relationships.
